Managing your subscription
Rosely subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a plan:
- Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Rosely to change or cancel your plan.
Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Free trial
The yearly plan may include a free trial. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends from your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your data
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
